Tropical Fruit Cup With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into cubes
    1/2 None ripe mango, peeled and diced
    13 g slivered almonds
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp honey
    5 None Amarettini biscuits, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Mix the fruit and nuts in a small bowl. Combine the lemon juice and honey, and pour over the fruit. Fold in the chopped cookies.
    Serve in a dessert bowl and garnish with mint leaves.
