Herb Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups almond flour
    6 tbsp coconut flour
    2 tbsp chopped herbs, like chives and parsley
    1 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup cold salted butter, diced
    1 None large egg
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    2 tbsp heavy cream
    9 leaves parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Stir together almond flour, coconut flour, herbs, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cut in butter until mixture resembles large crumbs. Combine egg and buttermilk then stir into flour mixture until a dough forms. Pat out into a 1 inch thick disc and cut out 9 rounds with plain 1 7/8 inch dough cutter. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Brush tops with cream and place 1 leaf of parsley on top of each roll. Bake for 12-14 mins. Serve warm.
