Chocolate Mud Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
    1/2 lb dark chocolate, broken into pieces
    2 None eggs, at room temperature
    3/4 cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup granulated sugar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup cocoa powder
    2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
    2 tbsp heavy cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
    Gently melt butter and 1 oz chocolate over low heat. Whisk together eggs, yogurt, milk, sugar and vanilla until combined then whisk in chocolate-butter mixture. Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder over top and whisk until smooth. Distribute between paper liners and bake for 25 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
    Meanwhile, gently heat remaining chocolate and cream over low heat, stirring until melted and glossy. Spread over cooled cupcakes and set aside for 30 mins to set. Serve.
