Cilantro Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic, quartered
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
Preparation

Process cilantro and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients. Process until almost smooth. Season dip to taste with salt and pepper.
