1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup self-rising flour
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, chopped
None None FOR THE FRUIT FILLING
1 tbsp butter
4 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tsp powdered sugar, for dusting
None None Whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
Preparation

For the streusel, blend or process all ingredients until combined. Roll into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease four 3/4-cup baking dishes.
Melt the butter in a medium skillet on medium heat. Cook the apple, 2 tbsp water and sugar, stirring, for about 10 mins or until the apple is tender. Stir in the marmalade. Spoon the mixture into dishes.
Coarsely grate the streusel onto a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle over the apple mixture.
Bake for about 20 mins or until lightly browned. Dust with sifted powdered sugar before serving. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
