Honey Chicken And Bacon Kebabs - cooking recipe

2 (5 oz) skinless chicken breasts
6 slices bacon
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp orange juice
None None Relish
6 tbsp tomato sauce
8 None cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 None green onion, finely sliced
None None paprika to dust
None None mixed salad to serve
Preparation

Soak 4 wooden skewers in cold water (to prevent them burning). Preheat grill to high. Cut each chicken breast into 6 even chunks. Stretch bacon by running the back of a knife along each slice. Cut in half. Wrap one half slice of bacon around each piece of chicken. Thread on to the skewers.
Place kebabs on a grill rack. Mix honey and orange juice. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and brush over the chicken and bacon. Grill for 10 mins, turning several times and brushing with any remaining honey mixture, until browned and cooked through.
To make the relish, mix together the tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes and green onion. Dust the kebabs with a little paprika. Serve hot or cold with the relish and a mixed salad.
