Mai Tai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 2/3 cups orange juice
    1 1/4 cups lemon juice
    1/3 cup light rum
    2 tbsp Curacao or Cointreau
    None None Crushed ice, to serve
    1/3 cup dark rum
    None None Small flowers, to serve
Preparation
    In a large pitcher, combine juices, light rum and Curacao.
    Half-fill tall glasses with crushed ice and add juice mixture. Float dark rum over each and decorate with a flower to serve.
