Herb Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
6 tbsp olive oil
1/2 bunch chives, finely chopped
1-2 tbsp freshly chopped tarragon
Preparation

Whisk the vinegar with the sugar, mustard and some salt and pepper in a bowl or jar. Gradually whisk in the oil to make an emulsion.
Stir in the chives and tarragon.
