Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

1 - 3 1/3 lb chicken, cut into 8 pieces
3 bulbs garlic, peeled
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
1 2/3 lb beefsteak tomatoes, grated
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a roasting pan with parchment paper. Add the drumsticks, garlic and rosemary to the pan, season and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Roast for 15 mins, then add the remaining chicken, season and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil. Roast for 35 mins. Add the tomatoes to the pan and roast for 10 mins.
