Salmon With Lime Crema - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    2 tsp lime zest
    3 tsp lime juice
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    4 None salmon fillets (7 oz each)
    None None finely chopped fresh chives and lime wedges, for serving
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, mustard, lime zest, lime juice and chives in a small bowl.
    Cook salmon on a heated, oiled grill pan until browned on both sides and cooked as desired.
    Top salmon with lime crema and sprinkle with extra chives. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
