Vegetarian 'Sausage' Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed, cut into 6 squares
2 tbsp honey whole grain mustard
6 None vegetarian sausages
6 None carrots, blanched
6 None green asparagus spears, blanched
1 None spring onion, finely chopped
1 None large egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp poppy seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spread mustard over puff pastry squares. Distribute sausage, carrot, asparagus and onion diagonally over each pastry square then fold over to enclose ingredients, leaving ends open. Place on prepared tray and brush with lightly beaten egg. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for 30-35 mins, or until golden brown.
