Linguine With Broccolini And Ricotta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 oz linguine
1 bunch broccolini, halved lengthwise, thick stems halved
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 None Thai chili, seeded, sliced
7 oz ricotta cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta in boiling, salted water for 5 mins. Add broccolini and cook until pasta is al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
Meanwhile, in a small frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook garlic and chili until starting to brown. Add linguine, broccolini and reserved cooking liquid and toss to combine. Season. Add ricotta and toss to combine.
