Warm Summer Salad With Minute Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None minute steaks
    4 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    7 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
    1 None onion, sliced
    1 None red pepper, deseeded, diced
    1 None green pepper, deseeded, diced
    2 None beefsteak tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp sugar
    2-3 tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Coat steaks with oregano, garlic and 3 tbsp oil. Cover and set aside to marinate.
    Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan. Saute potatoes for 8-10 mins, until golden and crisp. Add onion, peppers, tomatoes, sugar and vinegar. Season and cook for 3-4 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat a second frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 1-2 mins per side. Season. Distribute steaks and vegetables between 4 serving plates. Serve.
