Asian Chicken Noodle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sushi or rice vinegar
2 tsp granulated sugar
9 oz instant ramen noodles, cooked
1/2 None barbecued chicken, skin removed, shredded
3.5 oz red cabbage, shredded
3.5 oz white cabbage, shredded
3.5 oz baby corn, blanched, halved
1 None carrot, cut into matchsticks
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation

Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and sugar. Toss with remaining ingredients. Season and serve.
