Ghost Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None egg whites
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp white vinegar
    30 None milk chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 250\u00b0F. Line two baking pans with parchment paper. Draw 3 inch-tall ghost shapes on parchment paper.
    Beat egg whites in large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, beating constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture is shiny. Beat in vanilla and vinegar.
    Pipe or spread mixture inside ghost shapes. Add chocolate chips for eyes.
    Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and cool with door ajar.
