Raspberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 g raspberries
    300 g sugar
    1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    In a pan, bring the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice to a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes, mashing the raspberries with a potato masher.
    Immediately pour into a sterilized mason jar and seal. Allow to cool completely before serving.
