Tomato Mozzarella Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 g dried yeast
    600 g white bread flour
    1/2 tbsp salt
    100 g Gouda cheese, grated
    100 g mozzarella, cut into small pieces
    100 g sundried tomatoes, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Mix flour and 1/2 tbsp salt then dissolve yeast in 2 cups very cold water and add to flour. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside until doubled in size, around 4 hours.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or parchment paper. On a floured work surface, knead cheese and tomatoes into dough. Cut into 12 pieces, roll into balls and place in paper liners. Bake for 40 mins.
