Baby Romaine With Curried Egg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None large hard-boiled eggs, chopped coarsely
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 tsp curry powder
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    2 heads baby romaine lettuce, leaves separated
Preparation
    Mash hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise, curry powder and 1 tbsp chives with a fork until combined. Season to taste.
    Arrange lettuce on a serving platter. Spoon egg mixture onto leaves and sprinkle with remaining chives.
