Jalapeño And Cheddar Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8.5 oz) box cornbread mix, such as Jiffy
    1/4 cup chopped scallion
    1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 None medium jalapeno pepper, minced
    1 cup milk
    2 None large eggs
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup canned corn, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Combine cornbread mix, scallion, cheese and pepper. Whisk together milk, eggs and butter then stir into cornbread mixture. Fold in corn then transfer to a greased 9 inch baking pan and bake for 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
