Pear And Walnut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz baby salad leaves
    2 None Asian pears, thinly sliced
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
    2/3 cup walnuts
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Place salad leaves in a large serving bowl or arrange on a serving platter. Top with pears, Parmesan and walnuts. Whisk together olive oil and vinegar then drizzle over salad. Serve immediately.
