Spaghetti With Tuna And Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
1 None onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 cans (5 oz each) tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
2 cups frozen peas
4 oz baby spinach leaves
14 oz spaghetti
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation

Heat the oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 3 mins or until soft. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 min or until fragrant. Add the tuna, peas and spinach and cook and stir for 2 mins or until heated and the spinach wilts. Season.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid. Return the pasta and reserved liquid to the pan.
Add the tuna mixture and feta to the pasta in the pan and stir to combine. Serve.
