Beef And Vegetable Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp oil
    1 lb sirloin or flank steak, trimmed and sliced
    1 None onion, cut into thin wedges
    1 None red pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 None zucchini, sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb Chinese noodles, soaked in hot water and drained
    4 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    1 bunch choy sum, sliced
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    2 tbsp chili sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches, for 2-3 mins. Transfer to a plate.
    Add onion, pepper, zucchini and garlic to wok; stir-fry for 2-3 mins.
    Return meat to wok with all remaining ingredients. Toss mixture on medium heat for 2-3 mins, until heated through. Serve.
