Lemon, Garlic And Oregano Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    2 cloves garlic, bruised
    1 tbsp dried oregano
    1 None long red chili, finely chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 1/4 lb chicken wings
    1 lb cherry tomatoes
    10.5 oz asparagus
Preparation
    Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, chili and 1 tbsp oil in a shallow bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour, or overnight, to marinate. Set aside at room temperature for 15 mins before cooking.
    Preheat broiler. Drain chicken, discarding garlic. Season chicken. Broil for 20-25 mins, turning frequently and brushing with marinade, until browned and cooked through.
    Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Saute tomatoes and asparagus until tender. Serve with chicken wings.
