Tomato And Green Pepper Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 None garlic clove, finely chopped
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
5 None pickled green peppers, seeded and sliced
3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 2-3 mins. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 5 mins. Season with salt. Stir in the green peppers. Set aside to cool.
Stir in most of the feta cheese. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining feta.
