Pizza Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
    1/2 tsp sugar
    2 cups plain flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/3 cup pizza sauce
    4 oz sliced pepperoni, chopped
    2 None green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    1 tbsp milk
Preparation
    Combine yeast, sugar and 3/4 cup warm water in a small bowl. Let stand in a warm place for about 10 mins, or until frothy.
    Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil; mix to form a soft dough. Gather the dough together with your hands. Add a little water, if necessary, to make sure all ingredients are incorporated.
    Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 10 mins, or until smooth and elastic. Push dough with the heel of your hand, giving it a quarter turn each time. Place dough in a large, lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let stand in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
    Punch the dough down with your fist; knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Roll out to a 12 x 16 inch rectangle.
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Lightly grease a large baking pan.
    Spread pizza sauce on dough. Top with pepperoni, green onion and mozzarella cheese. Starting at long edge, roll dough up tightly. Cut into 15 slices. Place in prepared pan, cut-side up, so they fit snugly together. Brush with milk.
    Bake for 30 mins, until golden and crisp.
