Tuna And Caper Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb dried pasta
    2/3 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    2-3 tbsp lemon juice
    2 oz capers, chopped, plus extra to garnish
    1 - 7 oz can tuna, drained
    3 3/4 cup arugula
    2-3 sprigs fresh mint, leaves picked
    4 None green olives, to garnish
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
    Meanwhile, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and chopped capers. Season. Toss with cooked pasta then add tuna.
    To serve, divide pasta between 4 bowls. Mix arugula and mint then distribute over pasta. Garnish with extra capers and green olives.
