Ingredients

7 oz marinated feta cheese, cut into 3/4 inch cubes, oil reserved
1 None red pepper, diced
2 None mini cucumbers, diced
3 None tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 None red onion, peeled, thinly sliced
6 oz marinated kalamata olives
Preparation

Combine pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, olives and feta in a large bowl. Add a little of the reserved oil and toss gently. Serve.
