Greek Chicken Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz small shell pasta
    1/4 cup fresh oregano, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    3 cups shredded cooked chicken
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    1 lb cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 small cucumbers, coarsely chopped
    1 large green pepper, coarsely chopped
    1 cup pitted black olives
    1 jar (10 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
    7 oz feta cheese, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
    Meanwhile, for the dressing, whisk 2 tbsp of the oregano, oil and lemon juice in small bowl.
    Place pasta in large bowl with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to combine.
    Top salad with remaining oregano.
