Spaghetti With Smoked Salmon, Tomatoes And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb spaghetti
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1/3 lb small Padron peppers, deseeded
    1 None onion, peeled and chopped
    1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 lb smoked salmon, chopped
    3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    4 tbsp lemon-flavored oil
Preparation
    Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the Padron peppers over high heat until just tender and blistered. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the onion to the frying pan and saute for 5-6 mins then add the tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 mins until just softened, stirring in the salmon after 1 minute.
    Drain the spaghetti and add to the frying pan along with the Padron peppers. Season to taste. Serve in warmed pasta bowls, sprinkled with dill and drizzled with lemon oil.
