Tomato And Chorizo Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11.5 oz puff pastry, cut into 8 squares
    6 tbsp mild mustard
    3 None large tomatoes, sliced
    12 thin slices chorizo
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved, to garnish
    None None fresh basil sprigs, to garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Place puff pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prick dough with a fork.
    Spread mustard over top, leaving a 1/3 inch border. Top with sliced tomatoes and chorizo. Season. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10-15 mins, until golden. Serve garnished with Parmesan shavings and basil sprigs.
