Meatballs With Parsley And Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup long-grain rice
1/4 lb ground sirloin
1 tsp breadcrumbs
1 None small onion, peeled and finely diced
1/2 tsp mustard
2 tsp oil
1/3 lb carrots, peeled and sliced thinly
1 head romaine lettuce, cut into strips
3-4 stalks parsley, cut into strips
Preparation

Cook the rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Mix the ground sirloin, breadcrumbs, half the onion and mustard, season to taste. Knead the mixture well and shape into a patty. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a nonstick frying pan and fry the patty for about 8 mins, turning once.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a saucepan and saute the remaining onions and carrots. Season to taste, pour in 1/2 cup of water and simmer over high heat until the liquid is almost evaporated. Add the lettuce and parsley and stir well. Serve the patty and vegetables with the rice.
