Egg Custard Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
    15 tbsp lard
    3 None eggs
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    2-3 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease 30 shallow muffin pan recesses.
    Sift flour and a pinch of salt into bowl. Cut in lard until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add 5 tbsp hot water and mix until combined. Knead lightly then roll out until 1/8 inch thick. Cut out 30 - 3 inch fluted discs and use to line prepared muffin recesses.
    Whisk together eggs and sugar. Gradually add milk then food coloring. Distribute between prepared tart shells and bake for 10 mins.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0F and cook for 10-15 mins, until just set in the center.
