Thai Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb beef tenderloin
    2 None cucumbers, thinly sliced
    4 None shallots, peeled, sliced
    1 None red pepper, deseeded, cut into sticks
    1 None yellow pepper, deseeded, cut into sticks
    1 None green pepper, deseeded, cut into sticks
    2 1/4 lb baby spinach
    2 tbsp fresh Thai basil leaves
    2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
    1 None red chili, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp grated palm sugar (or brown sugar)
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/4 cup lime juice
Preparation
    Heat a frying pan over high heat. Sear beef for 4-5 mins per side then let rest for 10 mins. Slice thinly.
    Meanwhile, combine cucumbers, shallots, peppers, spinach and herbs in a mixing bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients then toss with beef and salad.
    Serve immediately.
