Whole Wheat Spaghetti With Creamy Bacon And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz whole wheat spaghetti
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, sliced
    4 slices bacon, sliced
    2 None chorizo sausages, sliced
    8 oz mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp fresh thyme
    5 oz baby spinach
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    None None Shaved Parmesan cheese, to serve
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water according to package directions; drain.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Saute the onion, bacon and sausage for 3-4 mins until golden. Add the mushroom slices and fresh thyme; cook for a further 3-4 mins.
    Add spinach, cream and 3/4 cup water; simmer for 4-5 mins until creamy. Add the spaghetti; toss to combine. Season and serve with shaved Parmesan cheese.
