Spicy Chicken Drumettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp finely grated lemon peel
    1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    24 None chicken drummettes
    1 None green onion
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken and green onion, in a large shallow dish. Add the chicken; stir until well coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Cut the green onion into long thin strips; place in a bowl of iced water.
    Place the drained chicken in a shallow baking dish. Roast, uncovered, for 35 mins or until cooked through, brushing with remaining marinade after 10 mins. Serve chicken topped with drained green onion.
