Apple Coleslaw With Buttermilk Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None apples, unpeeled
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
    3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
    1 None carrot, coarsely grated
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    None None FOR THE BUTTERMILK DRESSING
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Coarsely grate the apples into a large bowl and stir in the lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
    For the buttermilk dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Drizzle dressing over coleslaw; toss gently to combine.
