Sundaes In A Jar - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 oz frozen raspberries, thawed
2 tbsp powdered sugar
4 None ready-made chocolate brownies, cut into small cubes
None None Vanilla ice cream
None None Chocolate syrup
8 None mini meringues
None None Freeze-dried raspberry powder or cocoa powder, for dusting
None None Pink wafers, to serve

Preparation

Press raspberries through a sieve; discard seeds. Stir in powdered sugar.
Layer brownies and scoops of ice cream in clean glass jars or glasses, drizzling raspberry sauce and chocolate syrup between the layers. Top with mini meringues, drizzle with raspberry sauce and chocolate syrup. Dust with raspberry or cocoa powder. Top with wafers and serve immediately.
