Lemongrass Beef Lettuce Wraps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 inch) stalk fresh lemongrass
    1 1/3 lb ground beef
    2 tbsp kecap manis (thick sweet soy sauce)
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    3 oz coarsely chopped bean sprouts
    8 leaves iceberg lettuce
Preparation
    Oil a wok and place over high heat. Stir-fry lemongrass until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Add kecap manis and sweet chili sauce. Stir-fry until hot.
    Remove from heat and stir in bean sprouts. Season to taste. Divide mixture between lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
