Spiced Lamb With Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lbs lamb loin fillets, thinly sliced
    2 tsp ground allspice
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    10 oz green beans, trimmed
    8 oz cremini mushrooms, quartered
Preparation
    Combine the lamb, allspice, sugar and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Drain the lamb and reserve the marinade.
    Heat half the oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry the lamb, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
    Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Stir-fry the beans, mushrooms and reserved marinade until the mixture boils and the vegetables are tender. Return the lamb to the wok and stir-fry until heated through. Season to taste.
