Pineapple And Lime Granita With Pomegranate Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None large, ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1/2 None vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
    1/2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Preparation
    Puree pineapple, lime juice and vanilla bean seeds in a blender. Add 8.75 oz ice and process until smooth. Transfer to serving glasses and top with pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.
