Cheesy Focaccia Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None plain focaccia loaf, cut into 8 wedges
    4 oz aged Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp wholegrain mustard
    4 tbsp milk
    1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
    None None tomato salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Place the focaccia wedges on a baking sheet and bake 10 mins until warm and beginning to crisp around edges.
    Preheat broiler to medium. For the topping, place the cheese, mustard, milk and thyme in a small pan and season with black pepper. Heat gently, stirring, until cheese has melted. Cool slightly then spread on the focaccia wedges. Broil 2 mins, until cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve warm with tomato salad.
