Bishop'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb brazil nuts
    3 oz pitted dates
    7 oz mixed red and green glace cherries
    1 cup flour
    3/4 cup plsu 2 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 None eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F. Grease a parchment paper lined 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
    Mix nuts, dates and cherries in a large bowl. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt over fruit mixture. Mix well.
    Beat eggs and vanilla until frothy. Add to batter, stirring well. Spoon into prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour 45 mins until a skewer inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
