Fish And Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 lb spaghetti
1/3 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp oil
8 None frozen fish sticks
1 None small green bell pepper, cut into thin rings and deseeded
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
1 tsp all-purpose flour
3 tsp curry powder
2/3 cup vegetable stock
2/3 cup 2% or whole milk
1 None spring onion, cut on a bias

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 10 inch casserole dish. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Mix with 1/2 the cheese and place in prepared dish.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook fish sticks until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside on paper towels. Clean the pan and heat 1 tbsp oil. Saute pepper until softened, then remove and set aside. Add onion and saute for 2 mins. Sprinkle with flour and curry powder, then add stock and milk, stirring. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 2 mins. Season then add 1/2 the spring onion. Add to the casserole dish. Arrange fish sticks, peppers and remaining spring onion on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 10 mins, until golden brown.
