Red Rice With Sesame Seeds And Parsley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz Camargue long grain red rice, rinsed
    3 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
    1/2 bunch parsley, leaves finely chopped
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling salted water for 30-40 mins. Drain then fold in sesame seeds and parsley. Season. Serve hot or cold.
