Crunchy Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup white white vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 large Chinese cabbage (about 1 1/2 lbs), cored and thinly sliced
    6 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1 bunch radish, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
    2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
    1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
    2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    For the dressing, mix oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl with a wire whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
    Toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss lightly until combined.
