Creamy Salmon And Lemon Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz spiral pasta
    2 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 None onion, thinly sliced
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp capers
    2 tsp lemon zest
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    3.5 oz smoked salmon, sliced
    1 tbsp fresh dill, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion for 3-4 mins, until tender. Add cream, capers, lemon zest and lemon juice. Simmer for 1 min. Add pasta and smoked salmon. Toss to combine. Season.
    Serve sprinkled with fresh dill.
