Steak And Roasted Pepper Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 x 175 g sirloin steaks, halved
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    125 g mozzarella, sliced
    4 None pitta bread
    1/4 None round lettuce, leaves torn
    125 g jarred roasted peppers, drained
    None None dried crushed chilli, for sprinkling
    None None basil leaves, to garnish
Preparation
    Season the steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat the oil in a large, frying pan fitted with a lid, add the steak and brown on one side for 2-3 mins.
    Turn the steak over, place a piece of mozzarella on top of each piece, cover, and cook another 2-3 mins until the steak is cooked to your liking and mozzarella has melted.
    Heat the pita bread in a toaster, halve and fill with steak, lettuce and peppers. Sprinkle with the dried chili and basil leaves.
