Arrabbiata Sauce - cooking recipe

1/4 cup olive oil
2 None fresh small red Thai chilies, chopped finely
4 cups Napoletana sauce
3 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook chilies, stirring, for 2 mins. Add sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in remaining oil and parsley.
