Sausage And Olive Pizzas - cooking recipe

2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
1 lb sausage links
2 None pizza crusts (12 inches each)
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup pimento-stuffed green olives
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese
None None Mixed green salad, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook and turn sausages, in batches, for 8-10 mins or until cooked through. Transfer to a large heatproof plate; cool slightly. Slice.
Place pizza crusts on prepared trays. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with sausage, ricotta, olives, tomato and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 mins or until cheese has melted and crusts are crisp. Serve with salad.
