Crunchy Chicken Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp flour
    2 1/4 lb chicken drumsticks
    1 None large egg
    1/3 cup milk
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place flour in a freezer bag. Working in batches, add a few drumsticks to bag and shake to lightly coat drumsticks in flour. Beat egg and milk together in a shallow dish. Dip drumsticks in egg mixture then coat evenly in breadcrumbs. Re-dip in egg mixture and coat again in breadcrumbs. Place on a baking tray, cover and chill for 30 mins.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Pour oil over the base of a large baking tray and heat in oven for 10 mins. Arrange drumsticks on prepared tray and bake for 30-35 mins, turning occasionally, until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels.
